What is beanddo Business

Meditation has been scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety. This in turn cultivates happiness, purpose, resilience, creativity and wellbeing, all of which are the main ingredients for a successful, stable business. 

Research has shown that the most effective tools for twenty-first century business are resilience and creativity. The benefits of both in the workplace are cumulative; they build on one another, starting with the individual and from there, positively impacting the performance of the business as a whole.

The beanddo techniques for Modern Meditation are useful for everyday life, helping to improve personal relationships, business performance and most importantly our own levels of happiness and satisfaction.

We have shaped the ancient art and science of meditation and designed effective, easy-to-learn practical programmes to help meet the needs of the modern workplace. There are no special postures or equipment needed – just a quiet room and chairs!
