These hour-long sessions give you an introduction to the practice and science behind modern meditation. Fun, inclusive and insightful, these sessions can be delivered to small groups or to several hundred people at a time.
Typically, these sessions include a brief talk on how meditation works, where it comes from and why it’s fast becoming the most effective way of thriving in the modern world.
There will also be a chance to practice some simple and relevant meditation techniques.
