…just ONE PLACE remaining…
Join Mick and Sally for an intimate workshop that will equip you with powerful tools and practices to set yourself free from your inner critic and support you in living from a place of self-compassion, peace and freedom.
Date: 19th September 2021
Time: 1.00 – 5.30pm (GMT)
Venue: 8 Chandos Road, Chorlton cum Hardy Manchester M21 0ST
Mick and Sally are delighted to offer the Taming Your Inner Critic workshop again, this time in a format that will be even more nourishing, gently powerful and transformative for a small group of just 8 people. Having lived through the crisis of the pandemic many of us are feeling depleted and overwhelmed; a state in which our inner critic can shout even louder in its efforts to protect us. This workshop is designed to help you to shed those layers or voices that no longer serve you and connect with the best of you so you can feel more positive, peaceful and confident in a way that serves you and those around you.

What to expect from the workshop:
The workshop will be offering a blend of Modern Meditation, cognitive hypnotherapy and coaching – these offer different approaches to the same ultimate goal – self-connection, transformation, practical tools, to live from a foundation of self-compassion rather than self-criticism because when we do we’re freed up to do more of what we want/love, see the world with greater clarity and experience greater levels of satisfaction and peace.
The workshop will be limited to just 8 participants so that together we can build a close and supportive environment for insight, change and growth.
Everything will be undertaken sitting on chairs with cushions. There will be some relaxing and simple mind settling breathing techniques but no physical yoga postures or movements.
Snacks and drinks will be provided and there will be breaks during the workshop. Please feel free to bring your own drink and snacks plus anything else want such as your own cushion and blanket etc. Mick’s favourite cafe, North Star, is just 4 minutes walk.
Workshop materials will be provided but please bring a notebook journal and pen.

Book on you will receive a copy of Mick’s book – ‘Making Happy Work. A beginners guide to navigating the modern world with meditation’.
